Thank you for shopping at Stoneberry Designs.
We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Digital Downloads (Instant Files)

All digital products are non-refundable.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads.

If you experience any issues with your files — downloading, sizing, or printing — please contact us and we’ll happily assist.

We respond within 24–48 hours.

Physical Products

All physical prints are made to order, specially created just for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preferring a different design

  • Color variation due to screen differences

However, we will replace any item that arrives:

✔ Damaged
✔ Misprinted
✔ Defective
✔ Incorrect

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the damage/defect + packaging

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will contact the carrier

  • Confirm the issue

  • And send a replacement when appropriate

Please allow the carrier’s full delivery window to pass before submitting a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If the order has not entered production yet, we will update it for you — just reach out quickly.
